The street lighting
The investment was realized with the replacement of Sodium bulbs street lighting by LED with a system of detection in summer 2009, allowed us to realize an energy saving of the order of 65 % / year.
The reduction of the consumptions
The SEML Route des Lasers intensified its efforts on the practices of consumption reduction (water, power, energy) in buildings. It was translated by an approach of monthly analysis of the tenants practices to identify as fast as possible inconvenient consumptions, equipment misuses and dysfunctions. In parallel, the technical department worked on the configuration of equipments and on the regulation of the instructions to adapt at best the functioning of premises according to their destination and their activities. As an example, the renting multi-buildings of Laseris 1 present balance assessments in net improvement with a reduction of energy consumption (warm / cold) of the order of 25 to 30 % compared with year 2010.
The green power production
Thanks to the equipment of some of our buildings in photovoltaic panels as well as to the production of the photovoltaic field of Les Sablières, we produced more electricity this year that we consumed. Let be a 20 % surplus over the year 2011.
Clean construction sites
Since the implementation of the HQE initiatives on construction projects, the SEML Route des Lasers always attempted to handle in the best conditions the "clean“ target to reduce the impact of the latter on the cleanliness and the activity of these various sites. With regard to unsatisfactory results on the previous operations, the SEML Route des Lasers made a commitment as from 2010 on a new organization of construction sites having for objectives to reduce energy consumptions, to assure the cleanliness of the site and its surroundings, to guarantee an effective treatment of the generated waste. This innovative approach, getting organized around a specific person, receiving benefits, having for roles the raising of awareness to the environmental practices and certain control over the construction companies, allowed to obtain very good results on the sites operation and on the waste management (97 % of waste valued on construction sites DZHARI and GHIBLI). Moreover it constituted a real asset with AFNOR CERTIFICATION, within the framework of the approach ISO 14001 on the site Laseris 1.
The management of waste
To assure at best the valuation of waste generated by tenants on the site Laseris 1, the SEML Route des Lasers set up since June 2011, a mutualized service of wood waste collection for all tenants.
This service, which comes as a supplement to household waste and DIB collection, made by local authorities of Val de l' Eyre, is assured by the company SITA for a duration of 2 years.
Since the implementation of this service, a rotation is almost made monthly for every type of truck. The on-site collected box is bought back to the SEML on a 90€ basis / ton, while the reprocessing of the wood (essentially pallets) is charged to us on a 34€ basis / ton.
